What on earth is 4 Minute Fitness? Seem unbelievable? Fact is, you need to do it to understand it, but here is a brief explanation.
4 Minute Fitness is a unique and exciting body-mind wellness program using a combination of tai chi, yoga, breathing and a large dose of motivation. The exercises are simple, and can be done anytime, anywhere to improve balance & flexibility, enhance immunity, improve attitude and communication skills and increase focus and concentration. All in 4 minutes, standing or sitting.
The presentation has a solid scientific foundation, but always features a strong component of fun and entertainment.
