The Infinite 9

The Infinite 9 is taught in 6 sessions of 1 hour each. This beautiful graceful form is made up of 9 movements, which is performed in 5 minutes beginning to end.  It will provide a lifetime of opportunity for increased strength, agility, flexibility, an increase in wellbeing, and confidence.

Easy Tai Chi Core

Easy Tai Chi Core is taught in 6 sessions of 1 hour each.  Often overlooked in Tai Chi, this program focuses on engaging & strengthening your core.  A powerful combination of strength, flow, and breath.
